WE HAVE MOVED:
Our new location is US 1 & Jess Parrish Ct. near the Jess Parrish Hospital (old Jess Parrish Hospital parking lot).

This is a better location and will give the Tail-Gate better exposure to the public from US1 .

ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC.

TIME:
Setup starts at 6:00 am, open to the Public at 7:00 AM to ???

COST:

Tail-Gate spots are $10.00 each.
Commercial Vendors $25.00.
Towers extending over 10 ft in length must not protrude beyond the REAR vehicle bumper.

THERE IS:

No inside tables available, strictly a tail-gate. (bring your own tables to set up behind your vehicle)
No electricity available except by portable generator.
No over night parking allowed.

FOR RESERVATIONS AND SPECIAL NEEDS

CONCESSION STAND MENU:

Hotdogs, Breakfast Rolls, home made bake pies & cookies,
Coffee, Coke, Diet Coke, and Water.
All sales are consider donations to the club.

W5YI-VEC TEST SESSIONS IF WE HAVE THE REQUIRED VE'S AT THE TAIL-GATE:

8:AM TO 11:AM
Walk-ins Welcome.
ID is required, A form of government-issued Photo ID (e.g. Drivers license, Passport, or Student ID.
You "must" have your Social Security number, FRN number or TIN with you (Tax Payer Identification Number).
The ARRL VEC Test Fee for 2008 will remain at $14.00. The fee cannot be reduced or waived, as FCC requires VEC's who charge a fee to apply it uniformly throughout the calendar year. (exact change preferred)

upgrading?

Bring a photo copy of your amateur radio license.
A CSCE notice of passing an exam element.

PRE-REGISTRATION is preferred to have your 605 and CSCE filled out in advance to expedite the exam during the tail-gate.

TALK-IN:
Will be on the K4NBR repeater on 147.330 Mhz + PL 107.2 Hz. (new repeater frequency as of 5/10/09)
New location for NBARC repeater is the new Jess Parrish Hospital roof. Our coverage Area is approximately a 40 mile radius.

OK! exit 220 coming up, go east 3 miles to US1, turn North, OH No!!! where did he come from.

* I95, North & South bound, Take exit 220 to Garden St / SR 406.
* Go East to US1 approximately 3 miles, (fifth Signal Light).
* Turn left and go North on US1 and go to Jess Parrish Ct (second signal light).
* Look for Hamfest sign at Jess Parrish Ct. & US1
